Shoulders today
Trained at 10.30 in the morning--
Felt a little tired from my cv... increased cv to 45mins @3.5mph,
Started with seated smith machine press-- 15-15-12-10-8, 25kg,25kg, 35kg, 45kg,55kg
Front raises dumbells- 10kg 5 sets 10reps
Shrugs supersetted with side laterals 4 sets of 15 reps
finished off with bent over lateral raises 3 sets 10 reps
intensity was high although i have had a better pump on shoulders...
Hi Nav, 3.5 seems a little slow i,m usually 5-6mph!!you getting a good sweat at that pace??
im getting a sweat mate but not that great, im going to increase it next week too 4mph and then on from there, i feel my ankle sometimes on higher speeds, speak to you about it next week cheers mate
