Chest today traps hurting from yesterdays training session!!did 40 mins cardio in the morning Started on incline smith machine- 15-15-12-10-8 decline smith - 15-12-10-8- 5 negativesIso lateral seated chest press 4 sets 15repsCable flys 4 sets 10 repsdecent work out good volume probably had a little more in me..Micky's back from holiday- so he'll be training me next week!
