Trained on my own at home today, MOndays seem to come round so quickly!!
Hamstring 5 sets of seated push downs- 20-15-12-10-8 increased the weight by 10kg each time finishing on 70kg
Standing hamstring curls- 5 sets 10 reps
Hams felt very warm
Triceps- Close grip- 4sets 15-12-10-8 30kg-40kg-50kg-60kg
reverse grip one arm cable pull down- 3 sets 10 reps
push downs - 3 sets 10 reps
fst style close grip with 40 kg 7 sets - reps varied from 15-5reps... triceps pumped
did 40 mins cardio this morning @4mph up from 3.5mph made a difference.. sweated more
overall not a bad training session,..
