Managed to Train with Micky today in Kettering... good old session
started with Delts.....
Superset - standing laterals with machine sholder press 5 sets of 10 reps, increasing weight on each exercise each set
Front raises- 4 sets 12-10-8-6 increasing weigh again each set
seated reverse flys 4 stes 10 reps
triceps-- 4sets 10 reps v bar pushdowns skull crushers 4 sets 12-10-8-6 fininshed on around 40kg pleased with that! behind neck dumbell extension 3 sets to failure
finished with some abs
intensity was great although there were more women in the gym than normal... tried not to get distracted!! lol.... good work out dont seem to get the same pump as when i train at home! looking forward to next session
