I went and did weights today for the first time in a long time. Ive never been overly strong but my strength is crap now. My legs, back and arms I consider relatively strong but my chest is severly lacking.
Anyway got some No-Xplode. I noticed a difference in the way I feel but not really in my strength but I suppose its silly since its my first time back. Didnt record any of my lifts yet. More just getting back into it today. Did chest, shoulders and triceps.
Only way is up thankfully.
