Back today again. First time ive been twice to the gym in 1 week in a long time. Started with a small warm up on the lat pulldown. Then moved onto deadlifts. Hadnt done these in ages since I had a sore back. I havent experienced it in ages. It was great to do them again. I think its my favourite exercise. Moved onto dumbbell rows. Then some hammer curls and finally EZ bar curls.

Not recording any weights this week since since its my first week back and just want to get the muscles working again. Next week ill start the diary and watch the weights.
