Following last years rugby season i spent the 2 months solely concentrating on bulking. I put an extra stone on, using some gear. Now the season has started im looking to sustain and improve cardio.
Sustain the weight/put on a little more as im looking to start my new course. Improve my cardio not only as in running but match fitness
Get up to 17 stone and keep fit.
