2nd game back, and back into the front row at #1. We dominated the scrum all game, including a 20 yard driving scrum against the head, great feeling, and no soreness in the shoulder since. Fitness has improved dramatically since dropping bf% and hiit routine on bike, managed a 50 yard run late in the game after spotting a gap in the wall next to a ruck in our 22 - would normally leave that to the backs!
