5'8" 90kg Rugby Union player, currently approx 15% BF, age 33

Short Term Goals

Recovering from clavicle resection surgery Sept09 - back to full strength by end October, returned to rugby on November 7th, early December starting to feel better than have for years in shoulder on pressing movements

Long Term Goals

Maintain weight, improve acceleration, improve strength, improve BF to 12%
