5'8" 90kg Rugby Union player, currently approx 15% BF, age 33

Short Term Goals

Currently recovering from clavicle resection surgery Sept09 - aim to get back to full strength by end October, hopefully returning to rugby in November

Long Term Goals

Maintain weight, improve acceleration, improve strength, improve BF to 12%
