hi im doin this log to just see how it goes,i was meant to be in thailand NOW 1/1/10 to 5/3/10but i had another shoulder problem and am getting it fixed again this feb.
short term is getting diet sorted keeping motivated when im in the sling, keep fitness going
long run is get my arm 100% get my diet training an weights spot on go over to thailand and finish what i started for once in my life
