Short Term Goals

Regain fitness lost through illness and lack of focus.
Reeducate my mind to the stresses and strains of the workout regime.
Enter the next Shape up competition with a greater determination.

Long Term Goals

Achieve a greater deal of definition and muscularity. Lower body fat %.
Get hench before I'm 50. I'm not sure if hench is allowable at 50 - let me know. Try for a sub 4hr 30min Marathon. 3 Peaks Challenge and Charity Bike Ride somewhere.
