OK Saturday night and what have we managed this week.
I'm just concentrating on cardio currently but definitely need to mix the weights and anything else I can think off. I'll try and get in some swimming as well.
I went out for a couple of early morning runs during the week but they didn't match the consistency of Sunday's run. But Friday night run back from work was alright my usual route. Nearly 10 miles in under 1hr 50m so pleased with it in regard to just getting back into it. Although it wasn't running all the way, for me it has shown in the last couple of years the added benefit of doing weights and cardio. I feel a certain amount of heaviness quads & hams not being strong enough.
I shall start doing this twice a week, plus shorter A.M running as well.
