Bio

Been here before and im here again.

Im at uni in Leeds, studying a BSc Bio-Medical Science degree (physiology/Pharmacology), hoping to do a masters next year in drug design and development.

Short Term Goals

To get looking in reasonable shape again.

Long Term Goals

Bench - 100kg
Deadlift - 120kg
Squat - 100kg

Session yesterday went ok, im leaning out as well whilst my muscle memory is kicking in which is nice. I think my biggest problem over the years has been that iv eaten right, trained hard with bench deadlifts squats etc but not been doing cardio...
