Just finishing a bit more on my essay about anti-metabolite drugs and then i'm hitting the uni gym, to burn off 500 calories. No weights today but will be hitting the free weights tomorrow morning. I swear these 500 calorie days on the treadmill and bike etc seem to be getting harder rather than easier. I think it is taking me about 40 minutes to burn off 500 cals and a lot of sweat through my t-shirt! How long does it usually take the rest of you to do a similar amount?
