Chinese and ben and jerrys with the boys tonight, a few beers too. I was suppose to be doing legs today put i slightly pulled my muscle during squats so i wrote it off and did chest and arms an shoulders as iv now got the weekend off.

Squats - 2 sets of 15 reps - 50kg (pulled muscle)

Bench press - 60kg 3 sets of 8 reps

Skull crushers - 10kg - 3 sets of 10 reps

Dips - 3 sets of 8 reps

Reverse wrist curls - 10kg bar .. 3 sets of 20 reps

Wrist curls - 10kg bar .. 3 sets of 20 reps

OH press - 20kg bar ..3 sets of 10 reps

Barbell curls - 20kg - 3 sets of 12 reps

All these weights were reasonably easy but it was my first time back on the free weights in 3 months! So they will be going back up steadily.
