Session yesterday went ok, im leaning out as well whilst my muscle memory is kicking in which is nice. I think my biggest problem over the years has been that iv eaten right, trained hard with bench deadlifts squats etc but not been doing cardio whilst doing this, so i always have puppy fat.
Bench press - 60kg - x10 x10 x6
Tricep ext - 10kg per arm - x10, x10, x10
Dips - 5, 6, 5.
Reverse wrist curls - 10kg per arm - x20, x20, x20.
Wrist curls - 10kg per arm - x20, x20, x20.
OH press - 25kg - x10, x10, x10.
DB curls - 10kg per arm - x10, x10, x10.
Finished with 500 calories being burnt of on bike, crosstrainer etc.
