Preacher curls - 25kg - 10, 8, 6.

Squats with a sore leg - 30kg x10, x10, x1.
Calf raises - 10kg per arm - 10, 10, 10.
Shrugs - 60kg - 10, 10, 10.
Barbell curls - 20kg - 10, 8, 8.
500 calories burnt off via cardio.
Im going to go for GVT, starting reasonably light and im bulking but doing it steadily as im still burning off the fat.
