Short Term Goals

My short term aim is to have a productive off season by where I aim to improve areas I feel are lagging and to add quality lean tissue to my frame in the region of 7-8 lbs.

Long Term Goals

My long term goal is to win the Mr Olympia 202 class and to be the best ambassador of the sport I can be.
