Fast gains, chest WO and bloating

Weighed in yesterday- after 8 days, gained 1.3 kgs. Bit surprised by speed of gains, but not sure if this is just initial water weight etc so going to ignore for now and hope it settles. Also, bloating a lot so thinking of adjusting diet to swap...
