Bio

5'9'', Around 85kg, 24 years old.
Train as I feel but mainly enjoy heavy weights. I have only been putting the effort in for around 3 years but have used gyms since my teens.
I drink too much and smoke too much...

Short Term Goals

Squat = 180kg X 3
Deadlift = 220 X 3
Bench - To find out my 3 rep max (always dumbell press for heavy sets)
overhead press = 90kg X 3

Long Term Goals

squat = 200kg X 3
deadlift = 250kg X 3
overhead press = 100kg X 3
