Bench 60 * 5 65 * 5 70 * 5 75 * 5 80 * 5
Wide Grip Chins 8 8 * 7
Tricep Pull downs using rope, 20 * 8 * 3
Not a massive session, as im still not feeling 100%
But was better than nothing?!
