Well, had a good session today and i've eaten loads which is always a bonus!
Deadlifting - 100 X 5 110 X 5 120 X 5 125 X 5 X 130 X 2
Squat - 70 x 5 80 x 5 85 x 5 85 x 5
Push Press - 50 * 8 60 * 5 65 *5 70 * 5 50 * 8
Did some Bicep and Tricep work as well, no more gym till monday now.
Weighed my self in today just under 13 stone.
Started training 4 - 5 weeks ago at 12.6 stone, with no supps so fairly happy about that, and i'm also getting a nice set of abbs!
