New routine 3 day split.

I had been following a full body routine for 12 weeks before my hols so have decided to change to a 3 day split as follows..

chest/tri
back/bi
legs/shoulders

cardio 2-3 40mins sessions per week

Diet is pretty good ATM. Will try to keep a log of both food and training. Am planning to add mass but don't want to add too much fat so will monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
