Bio

Im 33 years old. Entered this years shape up contest
and really enjoyed it so I'v decided to continue to log my progress.

Short Term Goals

My goal is to add muscle and get fitter. Not a big fan of cardio but I feel much better when I do it regularly so... I've had two weeks of training while on hols so want to get back into it.

Long Term Goals

To get to 13 stone at 10-12% body fat at 5'6".. For the shape up contest I reached 11 stone.
