I'm 34 and 18 months into my training career. I went from 16st of flab to 11st 10lb of lean-ness then back upto 13st 12lb of mass and flab then back down to an even leaner 11st 10lb. I do a four day split and cardio 6-7 times a week.
I'm in maintenance until I finish the New Forest Marathon at the end of Septmber and then it's onto a 12 month lean bulk to see what I can achieve.
Decent mass and low BF.
