Bio

Just finished university so am carrying the standard uni fat after 3 years of binge drinking and eating rubbish.

Short Term Goals

1) Be strict with what I eat and when (biggest challenge for sure)
2) Keep motivated by keeping to diet and training regimes
3) Train to my maximum potential in every training session

Long Term Goals

1) Shed the fat by keeping focused on the end result
2) Not to get affected by the rest of the fam's poor eating habits
