Been training on and off for years - now in my 39th year, sized myself now just fat and lazy, time for a change.

Short Term Goals

Move myself into more cardio work, reduce the beer, shed 14lbs thats the first step

Long Term Goals

With myself 14lbs down start working the next stone from fat to muscle
