Today I did 7 minutes of Interval training on the bike..
Plank for 1 minute, pressups for 1 minute, Vertical squats each leg 1 minute.
Bench press olympic bar.
20kg standard grip to fail, Close grip to fail, wide grip to fail. Repeat with 10kg, repeat with bar.
DB bent over rows 10 reps of 15kg, 10kg, 7.5kg, 5kg.
Cable machine 1 grip both arms pull to chest. 20reps of 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg(fail)
DB bent over rows 10 reps of 15kg, 10kg, 7.5kg, 5kg.
3 sets of these.....
