Being filmed training with daz ball for his new dvd. we ahd a good laugh, i was in leciester for 10am after a chat with daz and dale the camera guy we had our pre workout drinks then cracked on with training at 11am.. it was a great workout and an eye opener too. i thought i trained hard but when i was training shoulders with daz ball i started to see just where i had been slacking recently. but as i said it was a great session and really good fun, i feel like a super star..
Dale phoned me about the filming of the DVD, he said he's going to have to do it all again. Apparently some little wannabe super star was hanging around all the time and was ruining the filming ;-)
