Bio

6'4", 41, trained for 24 years. My shoulders have been a problem for the last year, so I'm giving up on heavy weights for the next year (or probably for good).

Short Term Goals

Get down to 15 stone ~15% bf. Try to get my shoulders to stop hurting, or at least try to stop them hurting more. Improve CV. Mountainbike performance is a key goal too (I race a bit). Less luggage and more CV fitness will help.

Long Term Goals

Maintain what little muscle mass I've got left and keep the blubber off (and did I mention my shoulders!).

Good month this one. Nothing got in the way. Weight 213.5 (was 218.5 - 221 - 232.5lbs) Waist 35" (was 36" - 37" - 39") Biceps 16.5" (was 16.5" - 16.5" - 17") Thigh 25.5" (was 25.5" - 25" - 25.5") So... that's 19lbs dropped and 4" of my waist....

No cycling again. I think I'm done with the static bike. The tedium is too much. Mountainbiking tomorrow will make up for it and as of next week I'll aim to mountainbike 2-3 times a week. Tricep press SS Chins 6x6 75kg/+0.

Long weekend away so Week 11 Day 5 and Week 12 Day 1 didn't happen. Knackered today so no cycling. Not good all round. Dips SS Pull-ups 6x6 +50kg/+20kg
