Good month this one. Nothing got in the way.

Weight 213.5 (was 218.5 - 221 - 232.5lbs)
Waist 35" (was 36" - 37" - 39")
Biceps 16.5" (was 16.5" - 16.5" - 17")
Thigh 25.5" (was 25.5" - 25" - 25.5")

So... that's 19lbs dropped and 4" of my waist. Everything else is pretty static which is good.

I'm a bit surprised by my waist, it should be 33-34" at this weight. I must be carrying less muscle than I used to, or maybe my waist has thickened. Probably both.

More of the same for the next 3 months should see me back to where I want to be.
