set 1: 10 reps 20kg, set 2: 8 reps 22.5kg, set 3: 6 reps 25kg, set 4: 6 reps 25kg, set 5 8 reps 22.5kg, set 6 10 reps 20kg

Clean and press
Squats
Shoulder Press
Bent over row
Stiff legged deadlift
Upright row
Overhead Tricep press
Bicep curls

40 pressups (variation every 10 pressups) x 2 sets
ab circuit x 2 sets

PM: Circuit training, and MMA

1 hr circuit training mixing focus pads, kick shield, skipping rope, heavu bags, medicine balls

1hr MMA mostly stand up technique and jiujistu
