I'm 38 and have been training since I was 16. Durin that time the gym was on and off, more on than off. It was a means to and end until, my mid 30s saw me a hopeless alcoholic drug addict.

Short Term Goals

During my recovery, the gym has been a central pillar of strength and ongoing medicine. I am now 18mths sober and clean, big and strong and happy.Currently 120kg, looking to cut to 105 by next year.

Long Term Goals

105KG, Bench 185 (as now), healthy and happy.
