i love it when i dont have work, and i know all i have to do is eat, train and rest.
got up today at 9 am and had a serving of mutant mass. 10 am i had 4egg whites and 2 whole eggs scrambled, with 2 pieces of granary toast. about 30 mins later i started feeling really sick, had to go and sit by the toilet for a while because i thought it was coming back. this has been happening to me every few days-i really struggle to hold a meal down. my doctor is referring me to endoscopy, as he seems to think there is a problem with my stomach lining.
whatever it is, it pisses me right off.
anyway, by 11 i was feeling much better, so had 75g of oats with skim milk, 11.30 i drank 50g of whey, 40g of maltodextrin and 10g bcaas and made my way to the gym.
i love training at this time of day, because the free weight section is dead.
so...today was back day and it went like this-
DEADLIFT
bar x10
60 x 10
75 x 8
85 x 6

105 x 5
115 x 5
125 x 5
140 x 5
150 x 5 (belted up)

180 x 3

LAT PULL DOWN
50 x 12
60 x 12
70 x 10
80 x 10
90 x 8

BARBELL ROW
55 X 10
60 X 10
65 X 10
70 X 10
80 X 8

WEIGHTED HYPER EXTENSION
BW x 12
BW+10k x 10
BW+15k x 10
BW+20k x 10
BW+25k x 8

overall a damn good session, althoug toward the end my lower back was starting to suffer. i am on superdrol @ 20mg ed, which may have somethign to do with that lol, i usually suffer back cramps/pumps on orals. although its still bearable, without having to supplement with potassium/taurine.
just got home, and have 2 chicken breasts sitting in the oven now, which wil be accompanied by new potatoes, green beans and parsley sauce. nice.
im stopping at my girlfriends flat tonight, so wont get chance to update, but will post up what happens on chest day tomorrow. laterz .

That's not good about the sickness - maybe you should try to space meals more and not have so heavy foods?

hiya mate, thanks for the comment. what do you mean by "heavy" foods though? i try to keep the meals i eat before training as "light" as possible, although i still want to feel like there is food in me when i get to the gym.
i do sometimes think though, that i have a "weak" stomach-it dosn't take a lot to get upset, and i have been in hospital twice in 12 months because of it. only for the symptoms though-i get really bad stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting that last a few days, i cant eat anything or even hold down water, so get dehydrated, which in turns sets off the muscle cramps...so i go to hospital, they run a few litres of fluid through me, some iv buscopan/cyclezine, and im ok.
my gp seems to think it is something to do with my stomach lining
