good morning, thought id post up how tues 25th went, i had to come home from the gym, eat and get ready for work yesterday and, well, couldnt be bothered to update it when i got home :)
firstly, no problems holding my breakfast down this time lol, feeling all round pretty good.
i was up a bit earlier as my girlfriend had work early, and had to drop me off at 8.
so at 8 i had a serving of weight gainer (did comtemplate snoozing on the sofa for an hour or so, but blatantly wouldnt have woken up until about 2)
just chilled about, half 9 ish i had 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites scrambled with 2 pieces of granary toast and a banana.
im starting to get a little bored of this breakfast, i have been having it for a long time, because it works, but cant really think of anything to replace it with. i cant really eat anything as substantial as meat for breakfast(maybe the odd bit of bacon lol) but im not sure if i could eat chicken or anything.
so 11 comes and i sit down with a tuna sandwich, and have a think at the days workout, and how much i suck at it. i have never really been a good bencher,i have fairly good lower body and core strength, but im just not a strong presser. looking to change that :)
at 12.15 i neck some whey/powdered oats, 200mg caffeine and head to the gym.

it was a good session, felt smooth and efficient, despite missing that 3rd rep. although i will be back there next tues with the intention of smashing all 5.
sank another weight gainer in the changing rooms, got showered and went home.
i had something a bit different for my next meal, i found tins of "lean minced beef and onions" at sainsburys, and had a read of them, about 80p a can, 72g protein a can, and low in fat/sat fat. so i boiled and sliced some sweet potato and mixed it up, it was really good actually. i think i might stock up on these cans...

200g chicken breast+salad before work, whey/malto shake while at work, and *gasp* at the end of the night we ate a big old meat feast pizza lol. stodgy cals at 12 am mmmmmmmmmmm
