hiiiiiiiii. i have decided to stop journaling what i eat in my trog, as its pretty much the same every day, and i dont want to bore people to tears lol :)
wednesday is a relatively new day for me-i have gone from having it as an off day, to putting bis/tris together on it, now i have actually stopped working bis/tris in isolation, and on weds i do powercleans +abs.
i really enjoy powercleans actually, i haven't been doing them long enough to comment on wheather they have increased my explosive strength yet, but the are good fun :)

100k x 3 i have failed after the 3rd rep for three weeks in a row now, its quite annoying actually. my form seems to fail me when i get to my heaviest set, and end up seeming to "row" the bar more than shrug it to unweight it. also the last set for some reason (****ty form not allowing me to unweight the bar long enough) i have to drop almost into a full squat to catch the bar. not quite sure how to solve this problem, any hints would be appreciated :)
