at minute down to 13 stone 6 due to a bout of swine flu normally sit around 13 10-14 stone 9 years training, getting on

try to lean bulk so lose some bodyfat by adding lean tissue

trained after work incline press- 38kg dumbellsx 10,3,3 really went after pushing 10 on first set machine press shoulder- 55kg x 11,5,3=19 here lies one of my problems with dc training i should have been doing press on a machine that you add...

Thursday- dogg crapp barbell curls- 15kg each side plus olympic bar 10,5,4=19 hammer curls= 45ib dumbells 8,5,4= 17 squats- 120kg ,x 8, 80kg x17,3 (aimed to hit 20 but was winded and light headed so had 10 seconds rest to get the 200 hamstrings...

bored of steady state CV so decided start treadmill at 6.5 mph, up to 8.5 mph after one minute then slow down to 4.5 mph for 1 min then back up and repeat again, shows how unfit i am was fcked after 30 mins, did some power walking and jogging for 2nd...

2nd week of dogg crapp training big change from the norm for me incline presses on smiths- 36.25 either side plus bar,x8,5,3 smith seated press-30 kg either side and bar x 8,5,3 cgbp-30kg 7,4,2 (went at the end) wide grip pull ups- 12,6,3 bodyweight...
