trained after work incline press- 38kg dumbellsx 10,3,3 really went after pushing 10 on first set machine press shoulder- 55kg x 11,5,3=19 here lies one of my problems with dc training i should have been doing press on a machine that you add olympic plates too, but as i was working i was training at JJB and this was closest thing, except on the other machine i was pushing 80kg!!! still as long as i push as hard as i can hopefully all will be well

Latpulldowns to front= 87.5 kg x 10,6,4
forgot my belt not risking deadlifts without them, 2nd time in 2 weeks i forgot my belt so need sort that!
