bored of steady state CV so decided start treadmill at 6.5 mph, up to 8.5 mph after one minute then slow down to 4.5 mph for 1 min then back up and repeat again, shows how unfit i am was fcked after 30 mins, did some power walking and jogging for 2nd half hour did 5.75 miles in 60 mins **** time i know but think changing speed helped keep my mind active
got home to find barclaycard have reduced my limit to 1750!! never missed a payment so fking annoyed with them!
