Short Term Goals

- Add routine cardio
- Work on Diet
- Continue bulking w/ slower rate of fat gain
- Possibly begin Rugby training.

Long Term Goals

- Work on chronic shin Problems
- Reach 15 Stone and reset goals
- Consider entering Junior BBing comp next year.
