Long time poor lifestyle after an active (skateboarding) teenage lifestyle, dj who ended up smoking and popping and drinking and not training ! married , ful time job so training has to fit around that. New to PH (2nd Cycle)

Short Term Goals

Gain 3 Kilo's mass and reduce body fat (no clear reading now but visually id say 20% and want down to 10%

Long Term Goals

6 Pack, body fat sub 10%, biceps increased 2 inches, chest 2 inches and legs 4 inches
