Bio

training as a powerlifter, aiming to compete next april in the masters and place well, just recouping from a rotator cuff injury so have been out of action regarding upper bodywork for a long while..

Short Term Goals

Aiming to reach 16st (current14st(100kg comp weight))in the next few months for comp weight, will then add strength and size while shifting body fat to maintain, diet will be monitored accordingly.

Long Term Goals

to compete and place well next april

worked on triples in the rack for deads, was really enjoying these, triples to 180 and then singles up to 230kg,, less skin on my hands now thou,, good mornings next, 6 reps again working up to 100kg, weights are going up nicely, lot more in the tank...

first proper week back and aching already monday bench . previous was lifting 30kg to help the shoulder, decided to push as far as i could worked with triples up to 100kg (slight ache in shoulder so left it there) seated rows. just love this...
