So - background information - the catch up!

So I joined a gym back in Nov 08, after picking up a dumbbell for the first time in what felt like forever, I stood 6ft 3 and 22st7lb, felt unfit and uncomfortable.

But one session and I was back I struggled out 12 reps on the bench 30kg (5kg each side! of the olympic bar) and smiled the whole time. Loved it.

So jump forward 10months or so, and my attemps to lean up and get back to the 18st7lb I was at 19 didn't quite happen as planned, and I am 24st3lb. But never one to moan about size - as I am content to be big so long as I feel fit and strong, so here is my current maximun lifts.

Deadlift, 195kg
Clean and Press, 90kg
Standing Press (racked), 100kg
Bench Press, 110kg
Squat, 180kg

So think that pretty much gives you an idea of where I am, other important or not so important information, I am currently using 0 supplements and I have never used steroids - nothing against them if used properly - but simply put I happy to go along as is.
