Bench press tonight, warm up on 15 reps on 60kg X 2, 10 reps 80kg X 2, 8 reps 90kg X 2, 6 reps 100kg X 2, 2 reps 105kg X 1, 1 rep 110kg X 1 - new pb since i been back training.
Incline dumbbells was straight after bench but still reasonably pleased 1 set of 35kg dumbbells for 7 reps 1 forced.
cross overs nice high reps, worked 15 reps 50kg, 12 reps 60kg, and 10 reps 70kg,
finished by forcing myself to some abs - hard work doing leg raises and holding up 24st.
over all pleased, got an extra rep on 100kg to last week, 90kg is starting to feel very comfortable, new pb on a single, and to top it a relatively decent set of inclines considered how exhausted i felt from the press.
