Bio

so i was a tall fat kid, took up weight training by 18 i was benching 115kg, squating 140kg, and patrial rack deadlifting 160kg, felt great and fit had a kid, stopped training 5years later,,

Short Term Goals

get stronger remember what a gym looks like feel fit

Long Term Goals

lean up a tad, feel fitter,
240kg plus deadlift
240kg plus squat
100kg clean and press
140kg bench

Bench press tonight, warm up on 15 reps on 60kg X 2, 10 reps 80kg X 2, 8 reps 90kg X 2, 6 reps 100kg X 2, 2 reps 105kg X 1, 1 rep 110kg X 1 - new pb since i been back training. Incline dumbbells was straight after bench but still reasonably pleased...

So - background information - the catch up!
