Nice work, have seen any leg workouts for a while on the trog mate!
did legs last week alright mate, but forgot to post it!
did smith press, tougher than I thought it would be, and machine leg curls and extensions
did calves alone yesterday after arms too
I know this is all a bit against the strength/power building philosophy of using compound movements, but feels good to mix it up for a few weeks
expect to keep it like this for another 2 weeks, then back to 5x5!
