poor week for me training

today - light cardio warm up

shoulders isolation work sets of 10-12

abs - crunches

If you are struggling to train, why not concentrate on big lifts rather than isolation? Will be fair more productive in short space of time. You would be better just squatting or deadlifting than going in and doing shoulders isolation.
