Bio

Currently studying BSc Sport and Ex Science and moving onto MSc Physio next year.I have a keen interest in strength and conditioning.Training for 4 years with breaks due to injury.Main goals have been to increase strength and power (minimal mass gain).

Short Term Goals

Due to injuries I am no longer competing at a serious level (football)...so I am now looking to add some mass, with less emphasis on performance.

Long Term Goals

Current Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5ft 8

Weight: 68kg
BF: 9%

Long Term Goal: 75-78kg 5-6% BF

Day 4 Yesterday I trained my back and triceps. My strength really is improving fast. Couldn't resist some deadlifting despite the hernia (which didn't actually give me any problems). Session went as follows: Deadlift 4x6 Wide Grip Bench Pull 3x8...
