Bio

Weight training since 1992, moderate weight because of running/cycling. 2008 switched focus to heavier weights because of knees (had to limit running/cycling). Broke hand 2008 so only light weights for the 12 months. Returned to full training June 2009.

Short Term Goals

Drop weight to around 180lbs and maintain (or increase) current strength levels.

Long Term Goals

Keep strong and healthy!

Started properly training again June 2009 (after broken hand). Took it easy for first month, then progressed to 4 day split, 5x5s. By mid-September I was lifting quite a lot but i was starting to experience joint pains so swapped to full body...
