Current Routine (mon, wed, fri):

1 x squat (120kg)
1 x deadlift (120kg)
1 x leg extension (full stack)
1 x leg curl (full stack)
1 x bench press (100kg)
1 x seated row (full stack)
1 x dumbell flies (25kg)
1 x military press (60kg)
1 x b/b bicep curl (50kg)
1 x 1 arm tricep pull down (90kg)
1 x negative dip
1 x negative chin
1 x standing calf raises (full stack + 60kg)
1 x ab crunch

All the sets are to failure, with aim of doing 7-10 reps. When 10 is achievable the weight is increased slightly.
